1. Introduction

Welcome to WitCraft ("we," "our," or "us"). WitCraft is a personalized reality remix platform: you upload one photo, and we generate a visual scene around it — stadium selfies, host-city moments, fan celebrations, and more. This policy explains how we handle your photos, your generated scenes, and your account data when you use witcraft.ai, and tells you about your privacy rights.

2. Your Photos

Your photo is used to generate your selected scene. That is the only reason we collect it.

• When we collect photos: we only collect a photo when you submit it to generate a scene. Scene generation is currently in beta, so photo upload may be gated or limited while we scale.
• Where uploads are stored: uploaded photos are stored in our cloud storage on Google Cloud (Firebase).
• How photos are processed: your photo is sent to Google Vertex AI, our image-model provider, solely to generate the scene you selected, under Google Cloud's data-processing terms.
• Model training: we do not use your photos to train AI models.

Because generation happens in the cloud, your photo does leave your device when you submit it — it is transmitted securely to our servers and our model provider for processing.

3. Generated Scenes

• Storage: generated images are stored in our cloud storage so you can view, download, and share them from your account.
• Sharing defaults: sharing is always your choice. We never post, publish, or share a generated image on your behalf — nothing is shared unless you download or share it yourself.

4. Retention & Deletion

We retain uploads and generated scenes so your results stay available to you, and no longer than needed to operate the service. To delete an upload, a generated scene, or your entire account, email support@witcraft.ai and we will remove it from our systems. In-product deletion controls are planned as the beta matures.

5. Account Data We Collect

• Email address (for authentication and communication)
• Name (if provided)
• Authentication data from social providers
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details)
• Usage data and analytics

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate WitCraft:

• Google Cloud / Firebase (authentication, database, and photo/scene storage)
• Google Vertex AI (image generation)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data, including your uploads and generated scenes
• Correct your personal data
• Delete your personal data, uploads, and generated scenes
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request transfer of your personal data
